General Site Agreement

1) I do not find images of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts, or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable.
2) I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to possess adult material in my community.
3) I understand the standards and laws of the community, site and computer to which I am transporting this material, and am solely responsible for my actions.
4) I am not, nor have I ever been employed by a law enforcement agency.
5) I will not attempt to by-pass any security and/or access feature at this site.
6) By logging on, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
7) Book marking to a page on this server/site whereby this warning page is by-passed shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the foregoing terms herein set forth.
8) Camwealth.com and affiliated sites is not responsible for images or texts placed on profiles. All information, texts, images and videos are placed via automated methods via third party known further as "models, studios and whitelabels". Camwealth.com and affiliates exercise no control over this information.
9) Camwealth.com and affiliated sites is not responsible for any monies transacted between client and "model, studio or whitelabel", however at times will enact best judgement if an issue arrises. Camwealth.com and affiliated sites maintain the right to deny or approve any refund request. Full cooperation is required by Client and "model, studio or whitelabel".
10) Trademarks - CamWealth, Virtual World Entertainment requires written approval before use of any content or names displayed on our networks. Expressed written concent is required for any use of our trademarks.
11) Copyrights - All materials on Camwealth.com and affiliated sites are protected by Federal and World wide copyright laws. The only exception to this is public domain and electronical messages. For any use of copyrighted content express written concent is required.
12) Liability - Models, studios and whitelabels are solely responsible for verifying content that is posted is of a legal nature and complies with the local and international laws governing the Communications Decency Act for Content. Furthermore, by posting content to any area publicly displayable on camwealth.com and affiliated sites models, studios and whitelabels grant, represent and warrant the right to grant Camwealth.com and affiliated sites a "licence"(To be concidered an irrevocable, nonexclusive, perpetual and worldwide) to use, copy, display, modify, incorporate into other sites and works.
13) Disclaimer - Camwealth.com and affiliated sites, including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site or in connection with the Camwealth.com and affiliated sites service, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or member of the Camwealth.com and affiliated sites service whether online or offline. Camwealth.com and affiliated sites assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or member communications. Model Agreement

1) Any Performer found to be accepting direct payments (This includes but is not limited to Paypal, Epassporte, Western Union and any other payment system besides the one we provide) WILL be terminated from our network and funds forfeited. We do not tolerate theives! Further more we will report to that payment agency the details of the transaction as it cannot be verified as an adult who may or may not have purchased the show, and could be concidered solicitation to a minor.
2) Any Performer found to be redirecting customers to other sites (For example Live Jasmin, Imlive etc..) WILL be terminated from our network and funds forfeited. We do not tolerate theives! 3) No links of any kind are permitted on the models profile except what the site has placed on the page or given prior permission for. This includes but is not limited to links like amazon, myspace, paypal, facebook or any links of any kind.
4) All models registered on our site must provide a legal ID / Passport to verify age and proof of identity
5) All models are solely responsible for providing and operating their Yahoo ID. This includes all messages sent from their messenger to support, customers or potential customers.
6) Payments are made to models on no set time frame and may vary by up to 30 days. However, we do offer general guidelines as to the "expected" payout times.
7) The site maintains no liability for any show a model performs, the model is solely liable for the legal requirements of their location.
8) The site maintains the right to modify any part of the models profile at their discression.
9) Furthermore, by agreeing to our sites rules and regulations if you are deemed to be violating any of our terms you agree and understand that we have the right to place your email address on our banned page for violations to our network.

Studio Agreement

1) Shall fall under the same conditions as listed above for Models and furthermore include the following. 2) At no time will a studio attempt to redirect or steal models from our main network. If a model is already registered on our system.
3) At no point will a studio falsify information to hide or conceal the models true identity for verification.

White Label Agreement

1) Shall fall under the same conditions as listed above for Models and furthermore include the following. 2) At no point will the Site(s) display any illegal or illicit content to include (child pornography, beastiality and furthermore any illegal activity)
3) At no point shall the Site(s) be associated with any other website that displays or offers any illegal or illicit content to include (child pornography, beastiality and furthermore any illegal activity)
4) At no point are we responsible or liable for the actions of the owner of the domain name and any content they may add to the domain.
